After having disappointing dealings with 2 other major insurance companies, Mike Wilson and State Farm have been a breath of fresh air. They have exceeded my expectations. We switched to Mike and State Farm 25 years ago. He and his staff handle EVERYTHING...yes, everything! We've had 2 claims during this time and State Farm and Mike's staff have done everything they can to reduce the effort I have had to go to get a kitchen floor replaced and car repaired. Who would have thought that 'Service' still exisits in our economy? Everywhere we go whether it's the grocery store or Home Depot, we are expected to scan our own groceries and PAY for them. Our world offers less and less services but I don't see a reduced price. On the contrary, everything costs more. I don't mean to rant. My point is: with Mike AND State Farm you will get service when needed. You will get the service you have purchased. Yay! ;0
